Overview
The practice's WordPress site had become slow and hard to edit. We moved every treatment page and article to a new Next.js platform with its own admin panel, so the clinic team publishes without waiting for a developer.
Migration was treated as engineering, not copy and paste: broken video embeds, raw HTML tables and outdated price statements were found with automated scans and fixed at the source.
The platform runs on a hardened server behind Caddy and Cloudflare, and every release has to pass an end to end Playwright suite on mobile, tablet and desktop.
